Love Baker Pool. Everyone is always so kind and helpful. Plus they really know their stuff. They don't care if you have an in-ground Pool or an Intex blowup. They will help Everyone with a smile. When I started with my little tiny Pool with the blowup ring, you know the one, they never made me feel uncomfortable. These guys are the bomb!!! Obviously, I highly recommend them.

We had a spa pump to be repaired, it was too far gone but they set us up with a newer efficient pump/motor at a fair price. Ryan even carried it to the car.

My ground fault breaker tripped the other night on one of the coldest days of the year so far. Called Baker and one of there service guys walked me through unhooking the heat element from the control box so I could at least keep the pumps going. That worked and I was able to keep it going till the weekend. They had the heater unit and gave me some tips on installing it. Got it back up and running in a 1hour. Tub heating good now! Thanks Baker Pool & Fitness for you friendly help and advise so my tub wasn't ruined by freezing.

Bought a Body Solid weight system from Baker Pool back in 2006. It came with a lifetime guaranty on the components. A cable snapped recently and the Body Solid team was helpful in contacting the merchant. Received the replacement cables shipped to my home address in less than a week. Very impressed with both Baker and Body Solid in the quick turnaround.

Always friendly staff, very helpful. Always have what I need, and if by chance they don't have something they will tell you were to get it. I went there to find some parts to modify my filter and skimmers. They made several suggestions to make my plan much easier, get rid of some unnecessary parts and in the end was saved me a lot of money. They totally could have just sold me what I wanted and let me learn my lesson the hard way and profited from it but they didn't. That's hard to find.

The Baker Pool & Fitness team was incredible from the first time I went in the door to fact find and all the way up to the pool purchase and delivery. I had limitations on the amount of power my tub could be and the team took the time to contact their manufacturers to get me the right product and how it could be configured to fit my needs. When they delivered the tub they were on time, gentile and they didn't leave until they were satisfied that I could complete the final install steps for chemicals and fill. If you need a quality tub at a great price these are your guys!

We have owned our hot tub for 2 years now and if we’ve ever had questions or concerns Joe has been very helpful and quick to respond. In fact we recently noticed that the fuse had tripped causing the power to obviously shut off. I let them know and their service technician Paul called me right away and was at my house within the hour. He discovered that one of the pumps had died but was able to make it run on one and got the temperature from 46 degrees back up to 104. Without that quick response we most likely would have a useless hot tub so many thanks to both Joe and Paul!!

Free water testing and advice on how to get it to the optimal range. They have every type of supply you could need. Their prices are great too, even if compared to online stores. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They really do their best to help make sure your pool is going to last and be enjoyed for the long term.

Great experience. Bought a hot tub in stock on a Sunday, got delivered on Monday and the electrician (who bakers recommended) came on Tuesday, Soaking in our hot tub Wednesday night!!
